Atlas Security Responds to Over 200 Medical Incidents Across the Bay in Q1 2025
Safety

While Atlas Security is widely known for our swift response to crime-related incidents, our commitment to community safety goes beyond crime prevention. In the first quarter of 2025, our Control Centre and Armed Response Officers were actively involved in responding to 200 medical emergencies across the Bay.
From assisting the elderly in distress to supporting paramedics in high-stress situations, our team played a crucial role in bridging the gap between an emergency call and professional medical help arriving.
The suburb that recorded the highest number of medical incidents was Summerstrand, with 24 cases reported between January and March. This trend highlights the importance of having highly trained response officers who can adapt to both security and emergency medical situations.
To provide perspective, Atlas Security responded to 262 burglary-related incidents during the same period—proving that while crime remains a pressing issue, medical emergencies are increasingly forming a significant part of our daily operations.
As we continue into the year, our goal remains clear: to protect, serve, and support our communities in every way possible. Whether it’s a break-in or a medical crisis, our clients can rest assured knowing that Atlas Security is always just a call away.
