Purpose of the Role:

To provide effective and efficient support to the Sales Department by managing leads, appointments, contracts, and administrative processes, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of departmental objectives.

·      Strong communication skills (verbal andwritten).

·      Highly organized with meticulous attention todetail.

·      Proficiency in MS Excel and internal systems(Listener preferred).

·      Basic understanding of alarm systems, sensors,and related workflows.

·      Ability to multitask and manage strictdeadlines.

·      Effective collaboration with technicians, control room, and other departments.
