Emergency Groups vs. Neighbourhood / Community Groups
Community

At Atlas Security, timely response to emergencies remains our top priority. Recent events have highlighted the importance of posting incidents to the correct social media channels. Over the past weekend, an accident was reported on a community group that we do not monitor.
Therefore, to ensure swift and reliable assistance we need to remind our clients to use the correct emergency groups that we actively monitor. By posting emergencies through these designated channels, we can guarantee a prompt response and an effective resolution.
While community and neighbourhood groups are excellent for general information sharing, they are not monitored by our internal teams. Therefore, for real-time emergencies, please ensure to use the correct platform as it ensures your safety and allows us to provide the level of service you expect.
At Atlas Security, we are committed to working with our clients to maintain efficient communication and rapid response. To always ensure your incidents are posted on the monitored emergency groups to receive the best possible support.
Thank you for your understanding. Trust Atlas to be there when it matters most.
