BIG ARRESTS BY ATLAS SECURITY’S RIU IN BEVERLEY GROVE/BRYMORE!
Crime

Our Rapid Intervention Unit (RIU), Armed Response, and CCTV Control Centre teams pulled off a major breakthrough last night in an ongoing crime pattern across Beverley Grove, Brymore, and Kamma Park.
Let’s break it down:
High Alert Activated:
After a recent spike in burglaries in Beverley Grove, our investigation team and control room flagged the area for priority patrols. And it paid off.
Quick Action in Brymore:
One suspect was arrested for trespassing after our control centre received an alert of entry gained at a property. Our teams were on scene in under 2 minutes and took the suspect into custody. ????
Investigation Pays Off:
RIU officers spotted a male on Kabega Road and questioned him. Footprints linked him to the scene, and CCTV information confirmed his presence. Although he didn’t gain access due to the alarm activation, he was arrested for trespassing. While on scene, an informer alerted us that the same suspect was linked to a suspicious vehicle tied to multiple burglaries in Beverley Grove and surrounds.
Coordinated Strike:
The tip-off revealed the vehicle was being used to drop suspects at locations to commit crimes, with one suspect allegedly armed. Our teams responded FAST. Strategic roadblocks were placed, exit routes blocked off, and units spread out across the area.
Vehicle Flagged & Located:
At 12:42am, our CCTV control centre flagged the wanted vehicle in Olsson Road. Our units immediately moved in and spotted it on Diana Road. With SAPS backup, we cornered the suspects.
ARRESTED:
Two males were detained on Kabega Road, and the wanted vehicle was recovered in Diana Road. Inside?
- Multiple license plates, mostly fake
- Several ID documents
- Evidence linking the suspects to numerous burglaries
This wasn’t just patrol work – it was proactive investigation, cross-unit collaboration, and fast execution. This is what sets Atlas Security apart.
To the suspects hoping to slip under the radar — we’re watching. And we’re coming.

Emergency Groups vs. Neighbourhood / Community Groups
October 17, 2025
At Atlas Security, timely response to emergencies remains our top priority. Recent events have highlighted the importance of posting incidents to the correct social media channels. Over the past weekend, an accident was reported on a community group that we do not monitor.
