Atlas Security responded to 470 incidents in August 2025, marking an increase of 10.1% compared to July’s 427 incidents. This steady rise highlights the continued importance of visible security presence and rapid response across Nelson Mandela Bay.

Our teams successfully assisted in 17 arrests during August. These results once again prove the value of having highly trained officers on the ground and advanced technology supporting them from our control room.

Of note this month, Atlas Security responded to a high number of medical incidents. While many associate us purely with crime prevention, this shows the depth of our service and what sets us apart. Two Suspects Nabbed Last Night — Atlas Security On Scene in Under 3 Minutes

Last night, our Rapid Intervention Unit (RIU) was stationed in South End when an urgent call for help came through a Walmer community group. Within just 3 minutes, Bravo 8 and Bravo 20 were on scene at the property.
