Atlas Security responded to 470 incidents in August 2025, marking an increase of 10.1% compared to July’s 427 incidents. This steady rise highlights the continued importance of visible security presence and rapid response across Nelson Mandela Bay.

Of note this month, Atlas Security responded to a high number of medical incidents. While many associate us purely with crime prevention, this shows the depth of our service and what sets us apart. On 15 November 2025, Atlas Security responded immediately to a panic alert from a client who reported three suspects breaking into a property at Hull Street. Armed Response Officer Bravo 57 entered the client’s premises, where he observed the kitchen door had been forced open. He intercepted and arrested the first suspect exiting the property.
