Arrest: Vanes, Uitenhage
General

On 15 November 2025, Atlas Security responded immediately to a panic alert from a client who reported three suspects breaking into a property at Hull Street.
Armed Response Officer Bravo 57 entered the client’s premises, where he observed the kitchen door had been forced open. He intercepted and arrested the first suspect exiting the property.
Armed Response Officer Bravo 157 assisted in handcuffing the second suspect. The team then waited for SAPS to secure the scene before searching the premises for a potential third suspect, who was not located.
Both suspects were taken into custody by SAPS for housebreaking, property damage, and possession of illegal ammunition. Our Armed Response Officers were excused from the scene after ensuring the premises were secure.
