CCTV Network Results: Stopping Crime Before It Starts
Our CCTV pole infrastructure continues to deliver outstanding results across Nelson Mandela Bay. In April alone:
- We recorded 4,727,879 license plate reads
- These reads triggered 3,091 active alerts into our control centre, each linked to vehicles flagged for criminal activity
These alerts prompt immediate action, whether it's dispatching our Armed Response, notifying SAPS, or tracking suspect vehicles in real-time. This technology is not just reactive, it’s proactive. It's helping us stop crime before it reaches your doorstep.
Atlas Security's integrated surveillance and response model is redefining local crime prevention.
Note: These stats include only incidents where Atlas Security was the responding service provider.
