In a remarkable display of quick thinking and bravery, a potential disaster was averted on Weybridge Drive when a local resident’s geyser caught fire. Thanks to the swift actions of a nearby hero, Atlas Security Response Officer Bravo 96, a major catastrophe was prevented.
It all began when the client called in, reporting a loud bang coming from her house, followed by the sight of smoke. Worried, she immediately phoned for help. Upon hearing the urgency in her voice, Atlas Security Control Centre responders were quick to dispatch a team to the scene.
When Bravo 96 arrived at the home, the situation was tense. The geyser had caught fire, threatening to spread if left unchecked. Without hesitation, Bravo 96 grabbed a fire extinguisher from his response vehicle and moved into action, using his quick reflexes to douse the flames before they could escalate.
In a matter of moments, the fire was extinguished, and the situation was under control. The prompt and skilled intervention of Bravo 96 ensured that no further damage was done, and the homeowner was kept safe.
Though the initial call had prompted the dispatch of fire trucks, their services were fortunately not needed as Bravo 96 had already successfully handled the fire. Thanks to his efforts, what could have been a devastating blaze was quickly snuffed out.
The homeowner is incredibly grateful for the timely response and courageous action of Bravo 96, who truly saved the day. The fire department’s quick cancellation of the backup units further underscores the success of this swift intervention.

Earlier today Atlas Security’s Control Room received a panic signal from a residential premises. Upon arrival, our armed response team made contact with the property owner, who confirmed a positive incident in progress. The armed response officer promptly relayed updates to the Control Room and requested backup assistance. Bravo 11 and our RIU vehicle unit were dispatched and arrived shortly thereafter.
