Atlas Security Assists in Recovery of Hijacked Vehicle in Kruisriver

Crime

Atlas Security’s vigilance and proactive approach led to the recovery of a hijacked vehicle in Fitzpatrick Road, Kruisriver, Uitenhage, on April 4, 2025.

While patrolling the area, Atlas Security Armed Response Officer Bravo 155 noticed a white VW Jetta parked suspiciously at the roadside. A quick vehicle check on the registration number confirmed that the car had been hijacked the previous night in Kwanobuhle. The case was already reported, and a case docket had been opened.

The South African Police Service (SAPS) unit arrived shortly after they were informed, and the vehicle was formally handed over for further investigation.

This successful recovery is a testament to sharp instincts, swift action, and unwavering commitment to community safety. Criminals may think they can slip through the cracks, but with Atlas Security’s watchful eyes and rapid response, their time on the run is limited. Every patrol, every check, and every response brings us one step closer to a safer community.
