You may have received a call from AIVA and wondered what itโs about. AIVA is our intelligent voice assistant that helps manage non-emergency signals, at any time of day or night.

These signals matter and need attention, but they donโt always require an immediate armed response. Thatโs where AIVA comes in.

AIVA will start by calling the first key holder on your profile. If thereโs no answer, sheโll move to the next key holder, and then the next, working through the full list.
As soon as a key holder answers, AIVA will guide them through a few simple voice prompts so they can acknowledge the alert and choose how it should be handled. Once a selection is made, AIVA takes care of the rest.
If no key holder answers, or no option is selected, the signal is then escalated to a human operator for intervention.

If one of the options is to cancel response, AIVA will ask for a verification password. This is simply the last four digits of the number sheโs calling you on.
For example, if AIVA calls you on 041 401 2222, your verification password will be 2222.
